The updated Business Messaging Policy effective July 29th introduces new restrictions for online betting companies. Under this policy, businesses in Kenya are no longer permitted to use Business Messaging services. Currently, the only countries where online betting companies are allowed to operate through the platform are:

• Australia

• India (subject to state-specific restrictions)

• Japan

• Colombia

• Mexico

• Peru
